Welcome and Introductions
5:30-5:55 p.m. – Cafeteria
Please enter through the front door on 19th Street. We will begin this event at 5:30 p.m. in our cafeteria with a brief welcome and introduction of staff. Then families will go to their child’s classroom.
Session 1— 5:55-6:25 p.m.
Session 2— 6:30-7:00 p.m.
There will be two 30-minute sessions (sessions 1 and 2 below) so that any family with more than one child at HMCRA can meet with more than one teacher. The sessions will consist of the same information. Transitions will be announced through the intercom at 6:25 and 7:00.
Although we encourage families to secure their own childcare if possible, Our YMCA program will be offering Childcare out in our yard. If you know that you will be utilizing the YMCA’s childcare please bring your child to the Collingwood entrance starting at 5:15pm to sign them in before you enter the 19th street front door for Back-to-School Night. School aged children only please – please sign out your child when you leave.
