Room Parents

What is a Room Parent?

Room Parents are the vital link between teachers, families, the Parent Faculty Club (PFC), and sometimes school administration. They help ensure smooth communication, support classroom activities, and foster a strong sense of community within each class.

Each classroom benefits most from having 1–2 Room Parents who work closely with the teacher and other caregivers. If you’d like to volunteer as a Room Parent, please talk to your child’s teacher or email roomparents@harveymilkpfc.org.
