Through careful budgeting and the generosity of our families and community, we’re able to fund enrichment programs, classroom supplies, events, and much more.

Make a Donation

Our Annual Giving Campaign is the largest fundraiser of the year—and every gift makes a difference. Make a one-time or recurring monthly donation by credit card, write a check, donate stock or donor-advised funds, and double your gift with corporate matching.

Claim a Donation Receipt

Online donations via credit card will receive an email confirmation of your donation that can serve as a donation receipt for tax purposes.

Many parents contribute food, books, supplies, or snacks to classrooms. These out-of-pocket donations may be tax-deductible.

To request a donation receipt, email donations@harveymilkpfc.org with:

  • The date and details of your donation
  • A photo of the purchase receipt (if available)

Request a Reimbursement

Made a purchase for a PFC-approved budget item? You can be reimbursed by following these steps:

  1. Get pre-approval from the PFC Treasurer (treasurer@harveymilkpfc.org).
  2. Submit your receipt online via our Reimbursement Request Form (PayPal version) or drop a paper receipt in the PFC mailbox at school.
