    Growing Up Green Week, October 17–26

    Shop at any Sloat Garden Center during Growing Up Green week, October 17–26, 2025, and our school will receive 10% of purchases back in the form of a Sloat gift card! (The SFUSD school with the highest participation will receive 20% back). **If you don’t need garden supplies at home, gifts of bagged potting soil, pathway bark, small drought-tolerant plants, native plants, or succulents are always welcome at the school.     Muffin Mondays for Milk at Leadbetter’s Bake Shop!

    Join fellow Harvey Milk families, Monday, Sept. 29, 2025, at the Leadbetter’s Bake Shop (554 Castro St.—right around the corner from school), for our first-ever Muffin Monday!

    Stop by before or after drop off for English muffins, breakfast sandwiches, perfectly-sized kid’s pizzas, coffee, and delicious baked goods. Maybe even buy some muffins to bring home and freeze!

    Mention Harvey Milk Civil Rights Academy when ordering, and a portion of your purchase will go toward our school.

    Let’s welcome this amazing new family-owned business to the neighborhood and help us raise funds for HMCRA! We will be having a second Muffin Monday on Oct. 20, 2025.

    Super Duper Night: Let’s eat together for Harvey Milk! September 15

    Join fellow Harvey Milk families on Monday, September 15, 2025 from 4–8pm at Super Duper Burger (2304 Market St, SF) for good food and great company. Mention Harvey Milk Civil Rights Academy and show the flyer (print out or on your phone) when ordering in person, and a portion of your meal will support our school.
